The first written mention occurs in 1327, when the Russian prince Nicolas II. sold the town.

Basilica of St. John Baptist - made of red bricks and stone, built between 1904 - 06, it is a smaller and slightly changed copy of the Cathedral in Cologne.

Border cross  Sudice - Pietraszyn

Sudice is placed in a lovely boundary valley of a Sudic hook. Since 1993 there has been a border cross Sudice - Pietraszyn.
